Radovan Vrana

Radovan Vrana graduated in Information Sciences and English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. During the study, his interests were related to the use of information and communication technology in libraries. After graduation, he joined the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, where he continues to work. In 1999, he obtained a Master’s degree in the field of Social Sciences, focusing on digital libraries. In 2003, he received a PhD. He is currently working at the Department of Information and Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, where he is a Full Professor. His principal interests include digital libraries, digital repositories, research data, user studies, scholarly communication, library management, and internet technologies in libraries.
