Vanda Maržić-Sabalić

Vanda Maržić-Sabalić is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Italian Studies, University of Zagreb. She has worked for several years at the Italian Institute of Foreign Trade in Zagreb; from 2009 she holds her current position at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. As a native Italian speaker, she is specialized in technical written translations as well as in conference interpretation (Italian - Croatian and Croatian - Italian). In her research she focuses on contrastive analysis of languages and collaborates in the creation of contemporary linguistic tools and teaching material for students of Italian as a second language.
